About us

Neurozest (Pty) Ltd was founded by Bheki Dlamini in 2018 and was born out of a compassionate need to assist people with disabilities (PWDs) in the workforce. Having been confined to a wheelchair for two years following brain surgery Bheki was unable to continue working as a Metallurgical Sales Engineer. He fully understands the challenges of disability management in the workplace from both perspectives – the afflicted and the employer.

With his feet firmly in the mining industry Bheki has secured clients at South 32 – Kuthala Coal Mining Company and Ifalethu Colliery. His rehabilitation and integration processes involve PWDs and colleagues to minimise discrimination and ensure total inclusion in socio-economic
participation.

His inspiration and motivation sessions are relevant for rehabilitation facilities, corporate companies, community centres, churches, hospitals specialising in neuro/ head injuries and educational institutions.

Inspirational and motivational sessions addressed at employers and community-based structures help employers and community to gain the understanding about the special needs of PWDs, embracing their physical and emotional requirements in a dignified and supportive manner. There is a strong emphasis to encourage PWDs to disclose their disability status and seek confidential assistance before this has a negative impact on their work situation.

True life scenarios are used to illustrate situations and measurable assessment tools are outcome based and we do not rely on theory, expectations and balance score cards. Where necessary, we collaborate with healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists and clinical psychologists. We wear a crown of empathy to help embrace the sensitivity of the situational analysis of our clients.

National Diploma in Extraction Metallurgy (University of Johannesburg); Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Milpark Business School); Masters in Business Administration (Milpark Business School) and Doctoral Degree in Business Leadership (University of South Africa).

Dr. Bheki Dlamini is a seasoned executive with over two decades of senior level experience in Operations management, specialising in manufacturing, project engineering, and mineral processing within the mining sector.He has a proven track record of leading large teams, driving organisational transformation, and executing strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance. Dr. Dlamini possesses comprehensive expertise in sales and marketing of mining capital equipment and is adept at cultivating strong stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels.Recognised for exceptional communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. he approaches every challenge with innovation, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
